YOU ARE THE STANDARD

You're the one who figures it out. You hit goals, lead teams, and show up for everyone and everything that needs you.

You already know your goal and you're serious about achieving it. You're done playing it safe with your own future while you go all-in on everyone else's. Done with generic advice that sounds good on a podcast but falls apart in your actual life. Done with getting help from someone who nods along to your goals instead of helping you achieve them.

You want a strategic partner who takes your goals as seriously as you do. Who helps you build the plan, works through the barriers with you, and shows up with support, accountability, and your biggest cheerleader energy. So you can turn your goals into a reality.

That's what we do together. Let's go.

WHAT CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

When Meghan first told me to choose one goal, I hated it. I had so many things I wanted to do, but I trusted the process.

What surprised me was that deciding on one priority wasn’t about limiting me. It was about focus and learning to trust myself. I started making decisions faster in every area of my life.

It comes down to knowing your values, one thing to focus on, and having someone who keep you on track.

FAQ

WHAT HAPPENS ON A STRATEGY CALL?
It's a conversation about where you are, what you're working toward, and how we can work together.

WHAT DOES COACHING LOOK LIKE?
We start with mapping out your priorities and get specific about what you're building toward, and the values that matter most to you, so they show up in your calendar and your decisions, not just in a conversation. From there, we meet weekly or biweekly by video call (in person is possible if you're local), working through a 3-session, 9-session, or ongoing package depending on your goal. Between sessions, you get accountability and support via Slack or email. This isn't a "see you in two weeks and hope you followed through" kind of coaching.

HOW LONG DOES COACHING TAKE?
That depends on what you're working toward. A specific decision might only need a few sessions, while a bigger goal (building a business, a career change) often works best as ongoing support.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND CONSULTING?
Coaching helps you make the right decisions. You bring the ambition, the ideas, and the knowledge of your own life. Coaching gives you the space, questions, perspective, and accountability to get clear on what you actually want, make decisions you trust, and keep moving when things get complicated.

Consulting helps you figure out how to execute them. Sometimes you don’t need another question. You need someone who has done this before. Consulting brings strategy, recommendations, frameworks, and hands-on expertise to a specific challenge so you can move faster and make better-informed decisions.

And sometimes, you need both. Most meaningful goals don’t fit neatly into one box.
You may need coaching to decide whether you actually want to launch the business, take the role, write the book, or make the move. Then you may need consulting to answer: Okay. How are we actually going to do this?

That’s where my work lives: part coach, part strategist in your corner. I won’t make your decisions for you, but I also won’t sit silently asking questions when I have experience, insight, or a strategy that can help.
