Alisa Sieber-Johnson is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, mother of two daughters, avid animal rescuer, and soon-to-be published author. She served as a KC-130J transport pilot and a virtual reality product owner before transitioning to a full-time philanthropist and writer due to a surprising career shift caused by the pandemic. At only 22 years old, Alisa founded Dogs on Deployment, a national nonprofit that connects service members with volunteers willing to board their pets during deployments. She never expected it to grow to the success that it is today, allowing her to do what she loves and help the world.
Alisa holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership and Nonprofit Management. In addition to running Dogs on Deployment, Alisa is writing a book about breaking generational cycles and healing from CPTSD.
