Over the last fifteen years, I have worked as a Clinical Dietitian and Behavior Health Dietitian, helping women learn how to use food to improve their health and their quality of life. I have also worked as a Consultant Dietitian for multiple healthcare facilities and taught nutrition at several local universities. Additionally, I volunteer at the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale and as an assistant run coach for Friends in Training in Fort Lauderdale.
