We are firmly in the summer, with plenty of popsicles left to eat. I love the slowness of summer, the dreaminess that seems to accompany the heat. This July brought elite TV watching between House of the Dragon and the Olympics, mornings at the beach floating in calm water, and a trip to Maryland that involved lots of family and snowcones.
July also marked a personal milestone – the launch of my podcast, "Wait - What Do You Do Again?" This long-held goal of mine turned one month old, and I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming five fabulous guests. On the surface, our conversations covered topics like nutrition and exercise, clothing production, serving college students, becoming an Olympian, and the science of sleep. But what truly inspired me were the deeper themes that emerged: connecting to and honoring your passion, believing in yourself, sharing your knowledge to empower others, seeking help to overcome roadblocks, making small changes with big impacts, and embracing life's pivots to allow beautiful unfolding.
I hope you enjoy this month’s guests and join me in peeling back the onion while you listen.

If you are open to it…
If you’re open to it, take a moment to think about that thing you want to do. You know the one. It may feel scary even to think about, much less say out loud. Picture yourself doing it. How does it make you feel? The good news is that by simply considering this dream and envisioning it, you’ve already started. What is one action you can take to get even closer to that dream, that feeling?
Take inspiration from our guests this past month – you don’t need a perfect plan. Just take the next best step, then another, and another. Before you know it, you’ll become the vision of yourself that you’ve held so close to your heart.
xoxo,
Meghan
